For anyone who cares:

Here is the 8 week half training plan I will be following. It started yesterday but I will be adding strength (for example, instead of a rest day yesterday I went to boot camp and went to super sets this morning). I’m gonna follow this loosely and use it to keep track of how many miles to do and move stuff around if needed. It has intervals too which I like and think will be better for my knee!
