4 miles done! And week 1 of training is complete! Slow miles - mentally we were all in but physically our LEGS are dead thanks to that class we took on Thursday! Still super sore!! 

Our pace was 13:19! 🐢🐢 I’m happy with it because my friend is new to long distance running and our legs were just like lead. 

Them we got iced coffee!!!
